This website, shop.mytapdom.com, is operated by Eco-Logik Ventures Inc., doing business as MyTapDom ("MyTapDom", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying something from us you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you order.

1. Who can use the store

You must be the age of majority in your province, state or country to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless a different currency is shown for your market at checkout. Prices, products and availability can change without notice. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences can occur. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order at any time, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud; if we do, we will refund any payment taken. You agree to provide accurate, current payment and contact details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery windows, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies on the site relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel affected orders, including after they have been placed, with a full refund.

6. Your content

If you send us reviews, photos, suggestions or other material, you allow us to use them in connection with the store without payment, provided they do not infringe anyone else's rights and are not offensive or unlawful. We may remove any content at our discretion.

7. Third-party links and tools

The site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Use them at your own risk and check their own terms.

8. Personal information

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The MyTapDom name, logo and site content belong to Eco-Logik Ventures Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and the products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Eco-Logik Ventures Inc., its directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or any product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Eco-Logik Ventures Inc. against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version here. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
